Childcare at the 2019 UNA Annual General Meeting
Birdie Break is hosting the childcare at the United Nurses of Alberta AGM at the Edmonton EXPO Centre, October 22 to 24.
The children in the Birdie Nest will be watched by our team of Birdie Sitters; all Birdie Sitters are interviewed, referenced checked, have their up-to-date CPR and First Aid as well as a clean criminal background check (vulnerable sector).
The Nest will be right on-site so feel free to check in on your littles whenever you want to; it will be open from 8am to 5pm on October 22, 23 and 24.
There will be toys and activities for the kiddos to play with as well as dedicated nap space for those who need it. Lunch will be provided by the UNA.
We ask that parents bring the following:
Snacks and water/milk (lunch provided by the UNA but if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies, parents should bring lunch for them as well).
Sleep aids for napping (if applicable).
Diapers (if applicable) or change of clothes in case of accident.
If they use a soother, please have it on a clip.
If a kiddo wants to bring their favourite toy, they do so at their own risk as we cannot guarantee other kids won’t play with it or it will not get misplaced.
Please bring everything in a backpack or bag so that we can easily keep track of it.
